Fancy Pastels is a brand operated by Avrat Fashion Private Limited ("Fancy Pastels", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms apply to purchases from, and use of, our online store. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Exchange Policy form part of these Terms.

2. Using our store
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract, or shop through a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details, keep account credentials secure, and use the store lawfully. Fraud, unauthorised access, malicious code, harassment and infringement of intellectual property are prohibited.
3. Our products and limited quantities
Fancy Pastels is a ready-to-ship brand. We no longer offer made-to-order, made-to-measure or custom sizing. Please use the size chart and product measurements before ordering.
We work in small lots. Only the available quantities are offered for sale, and sold-out pieces will not be restocked. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Exchanges depend on the stock available when an exchange is processed.
We aim to show products accurately. Screen settings may affect colour, and print placement may vary between garments. Normal variations do not excuse a product that is defective, materially different from its description or otherwise covered by consumer rights.
4. Prices and payment
The currency, product price, applicable taxes, delivery fees and available payment methods are displayed before you place your order. Review the final total before payment. Promotional offers apply only on their stated terms and cannot be applied retrospectively unless the offer expressly allows it.
If a material pricing or listing error affects an order, we will contact you with the correct information. You may accept the corrected offer or cancel for a refund of the amount paid for the affected item. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.
5. Orders and availability
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Fulfilment remains subject to payment authorisation, stock verification and necessary fraud checks. If we cannot fulfil an item, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for it, including any delivery charge attributable solely to that item. We will not substitute a different product without your consent.
6. Dispatch, changes and cancellations
Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours of confirmation. Dispatch is the handover to the courier, not delivery to your address. See our Shipping Policy for details.
You may request cancellation or an address change within 24 hours of placing an order, provided it has not already been dispatched. Because we ship quickly, contact us immediately. Once dispatched, requests are handled under our Shipping Policy and Returns and Exchange Policy. Cancellation of an eligible order results in a refund to the original payment method.
7. Intellectual property and external services
Our branding, photographs, artwork and website content belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may browse and use the store for personal shopping, but must not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission. Third-party websites and payment services have their own terms and privacy notices.
8. Website availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and operational, but maintenance and technical interruptions may occur. We remain responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits rights relating to defective, incorrect, misdescribed or undelivered products.
9. Complaints and applicable law
Contact customer care with your order number and a description of the issue. Consumer complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and addressed within one month of receipt.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes may be brought before the courts, consumer commissions or other authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law. Your statutory remedies remain available.
10. Updates
We may update these Terms prospectively by publishing a revised version. The terms disclosed when you placed your order govern that purchase, subject to applicable law.
