Our pieces are already made before you order. Your order is dispatched within 24 working hours. This is the dispatch timeline, not the delivery timeline. Courier delivery time is additional and varies by destination.
Why are you making smaller lots?
We’re working with limited quantities of each style. What you see available is the lot we have made, rather than a promise of unlimited production.
Will sold-out pieces come back?
No. Our small-lot drops won’t be restocked once they sell out. You can join our mailing list for new drops, rather than wait for the same piece to return.
Do you offer made-to-measure or custom sizing?
No. Made-to-measure and custom sizing have been discontinued. Please choose from the standard sizes available on the product page.
