Store Credits

Once we receive your returned product, it will undergo a thorough quality check.
If the item passes the inspection, store credit will be issued within 24 hours of approval.

Please note:
• Products that do not meet our quality standards will be returned to the customer. In such cases, reverse pickup and shipping charges will be applicable.
• Refunds to bank accounts are not available.
• Store credit will be automatically applied at the time of checkout and can be used on any future purchase.
• There is no expiry date on store credit—it’s yours to use anytime!
