Fancy Pastels is a made-to-order brand. Every piece is crafted after you place your order, which means less waste and a garment made just for you. Here's what our product labels mean:

• Made-to-Order: Crafted specially for you once your order is confirmed.
• Made-to-Measure: Customised and stitched as per your individual measurements for a personalised fit.
• Ready-to-Ship: Already in stock and marked "Ready to Ship" on the product page - these dispatch right away.

Domestic Shipping

Free Shipping Enjoy free domestic shipping on all orders above ₹1500/-

Delivery Timeline

• Made-to-Order & Made-to-Measure Items: 5–25 working days from order confirmation. (Updated 03-03-2026)
• Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 48 working hours.

Order Confirmation You'll receive an order summary by email immediately after placing your order. For made-to-order items, a tentative delivery date will be shared within 48 hours of order placement.

Cancellations & Changes

• Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement.
• Orders placed during a sale or using any promotional offer are not eligible for cancellation or modification.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Missed Delivery If you're not available at the delivery address, please email hello@fancypastels.com to arrange redelivery.

International Shipping

Shipping Charges

• Enjoy free shipping on orders of ₹25,000 and above, worldwide.
• For orders under ₹25,000, standard rates apply based on weight and destination.

Delivery Timeline 7–35 working days (please allow for potential customs delays). If you need your order by a particular date, email us at hello@fancypastels.com with your order number.

Tracking Once your order ships, we'll send tracking details to your registered email address.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

• Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any other charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees displayed at checkout.
• Customs policies vary from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details regarding applicable duties or taxes before placing your order.

Refused Packages & Returns from Customs If a customer refuses to pay customs duties/taxes and the package is returned to us:

• No refunds will be issued.
• Instead, we will provide store credit equal to the order value, after deducting:
  1. The original shipping charges (to the customer),
  2. The return shipping charges (back to us), and
  3. Any customs duties or import fees charged to us during the process.
• If the return cost plus customs charges exceed the order value, no store credit will be issued.

Order Value & Restrictions Some countries may impose import restrictions or require additional documentation. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the customer to ensure compliance.
